Who We Are

Big Apple native Gayle Covner has been passionate about food her entire life. Her inspiration is drawn from the sense delighting synergy of cultures she has experienced in her hometown as well as travels near and far. Her expertise has been gained from both formal education and years of experience. Building upon a hotel/restaurant degree, she has stood at the helm of great restaurants in New York City and San Diego.

In 1989, Gayle used her talents to create “In Good Taste,” a thriving San Diego catering business.”As a Classically trained chef, I have always been about goodfood prepared well. Elegant, tasty. Not unfamiliar or confusing. New with fresh ingredients.”
